The "Jazz in the City" Neighborhood Outreach Concert Series features national and local jazz artists of color at underutilized city park locations in lower-income neighborhoods of the city. Talented students recruited from the Syracuse City Schools are given the opportunity to perform onstange with these professionals at each concert.
